CG Auxiliary Crew Releases Rehabbed Harbor Seal

    A year-old Harbor Seal leaves its crate and dives into Puget Sound after four months of rehabilitation at Progressive Animal Welfare Society on March 7, 2016. Volunteers from Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla-12 in Edmonds, Washington released the seal in partnership with Progressive Animal Welfare Society and NOAA.
