A retired military dog is stranded away from his new home because the airlines won't board aggressive breeds, his owner says. Jasper was a military working dog with the U.S. Army. He was expected to be sent to Afghanistan with Staff Sgt. Jordan Lee. However, the dog suffered heat stroke during training and was forced to retire. The dog was sent back to Lakeland, Texas for adoption. That didn't sit well with Lee, who had formed a close bond with pup. Lee decided he would adopt Jasper. The only problem is that Jasper is in Texas, Lee is still in Afghanistan and his cousin Paula Adams is in Colorado Springs, Colo. Adams wants to take the dog while her cousin is overseas.
