American Legion Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation Division Director Chanin Nuntavong recently testified before the Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs. During his testimony, Nuntavong highlighted the importance of providing Blue Water Vietnam veterans with the same benefits provided to those who served on land and in Vietnam's inland waterways by the Agent Orange Act of 1991.
