Java Developer
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with SQL, Java, JDBC, JSP, and Servlets

Sr. Architect / Sr. Manager
Required Skills:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop technical and architectural aspects of new product features, such as newsletters, tracking, content delivery system, and security framework, to ensure consistency, quality and architectural integrity.
- Review existing software architecture and identify areas for improvement in the areas of scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Design and implement frameworks, interfaces, and services to be used by a broad range of applications and development groups.
- Provide strong customer advocacy within the product team in understanding and identifying requirements of new products.
- Understand and champion customer use cases in the context of new feature deliverables and product strategy.

Oracle DBA
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer web production database in a 24X7 environment.
- Optimize and monitor oracle instance performance.
- Optimize and validate SQL and PL/SQL
- Assist and guide in database design.
- Function as both operation and development DBA.
- Work and communicate cross functionally with Marketing, Sales and Product.
- Responsible for backup and batch imports.
- Produce reports and/or create scripts for Marketing and Sales.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of solid Oracle DBA experience in 24X7 UNIX environment.
- Advanced performance tuning skills (instance and SQL).
- Experience with building, installation, upgrade, and patching of Oracle.
- Strong backup and recovery skills and experience with RMAN.
- Oracle 9i or 10g experience on Linux platform.
- Thorough knowledge of Oracle architecture.
- Vi and UNIX shell scripting experience.
- Experience with supporting and multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in SQL tuning writing cursors, triggers and complex queries.
- Willingness to become familiar with all areas of the Military.com website.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Online Advertising Operations Manager
You r esponsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Building strategic proposals by pulling research data, verifying inventory availability and assessing the economics of the potential buy
- Responding to RFP’s and other opportunities submitted by Sales
- Using our ad serving system to assess and reserve inventory
- Aligning closely with Sales and Sales Planners to identify opportunities
- Working with relevant internal teams to develop new offerings on an as needed basis
- Developing presentation materials
- Becoming fully cross-trained within the Ad Operation team
- Assisting in various projects as needed
Requirements:

Program Manager, Monster Military
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts of multiple world-class clients in support of the outside sales representative
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing and Product teams to deliver success and ROI to clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues at all the organizations’ many divisions to ensure a smooth functioning business unit.
- Lead and manage the implementation and progress of campaigns across different websites
- Build relationships with multiple client contacts so that campaigns are successfully launched, optimized and completed
- Act as a resource for client questions, creative specs and media plans
- Collect data and analyze it so that the performance of multiple campaigns can be optimized
- Oversee 100% accurate centralized billing for all products for all clients
- Prepare presentations, correspondence and reports
- Manage projects and coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams as needed
- Maintain organized archives of sales and marketing collateral, contracts and campaigns
